Installation Steps for Forged Steel Floating Ball Valve
1) Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange ends, and flush and clean with the valve fully open.
2) Before preparing to connect with the pipeline, flush and clean out any residual impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the seat and ball).
3) During installation, do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
4) This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
5) The pipeline near the installation point should not have sagging or bear external forces; pipeline supports or supports can be used to reduce pipeline deviation.
6) After connecting with the pipeline, cross-tighten the flange connection bolts with the specified torque.

Operation and Use of Forged Steel Floating Ball Valve
1) Before operation, confirm that the pipeline and valve have been flushed.
2) The operation of the valve is completed by the actuator information driving the stem to rotate: forward rotation 1/4 turn (90 degrees) to close the valve. Reverse rotation 1/4 turn (90 degrees) to open the valve.
3) When the direction indicator arrow of the actuator is parallel to the pipeline, the valve is open; when the indicator arrow is perpendicular to the pipeline, the valve is closed.

Precautions for Forged Steel Floating Ball Valve: When the ball valve is in the closed state, pressurized fluid still exists inside the valve body;
Before maintenance, relieve the pipeline pressure and keep the valve in the open position; before maintenance, disconnect the power or air source; before maintenance, detach the actuator from the bracket.
